Are you building AI (Artificial Intelligence) or AI (Actual Indians)?
"You're not broken. Don't outsource your mind." A wake-up call in an AI-obsessed world—think twice before trading your humanity for hype.

We are at a point where Actual Indians are automating our work, which for a fact has always been the case but now, we are scared of it?
Jokes apart, like really
Why are we so fascinated with the idea of being replaced?
Why are we so thrilled to be part of the next dystopian world where we struggle for our very own consciousness?
Romanticizing robots writing codes for us, marketing for us, designing for us and thinking for us. What next? Breathing for us?
How long do we even plan to survive if we’re this willing to give away the very things that make us human?
Being human means asking the difficult questions. Questioning yourself, and others.
Take a look around you, influencers are out here selling “every AI tool you need to survive 2025,” “Use this AI, not that one”
Blah.Blah.Blah.Blah. It goes on.
Not long ago, Builder.ai a no-code/low-code platform that claimed to let anyone, even the ones without technical skills build custom software using AI. This is a platform that actually built its own AI-powered coding tool.

It wasn’t some elaborate Mechanical Turk setup like the internet made it out to be. They had real engineers, real systems, real LLM integration. But they lost the plot. Instead of solving real problems, they burned time and cash rebuilding internal Slack clones and trackers no one asked for, they let the AI hype drive them into a wall.
That’s what happens when everyone jumps into the next trend, the next big tech turning business goals more about promises than purpose.
I won’t be surprised if we start seeing more such cracks. After all we’re told to automate our everything so we can eventually become fat, motionless blobs floating in space like we’re extras in Wall-E.
Truth be told, this blind trust, this race to become obsolete, always peaks when we’re at the edge of a bubble burst, one crack at a time.
It’s the same old trick: make your money, sell the dream, disappear before reality hits.
Give yourself space to question what happens after, when your “junior-level AI engineer” ends up “vibe coding” that 50 real engineers have to untangle.
Wake up, AGI isn’t going to solve everything, and pretending otherwise only creates false hope, broken systems, and a generation too dependent to think independently.
How do you respond then?
Learn what matters.
Stick to the basics.
Automate only what drains your creative brain, not your identity.
Use Chatbots to think with you, not for you. Use it as your personal research assistant, your brainstorming buddy.
You have not permanently twisted your brain ankle to have a crutch forever.
As long as we keep buying into the idea that we can just automate ourselves into success, we’ll wake up one day and realize we’ve traded our potential, our existence, for convenience.
Let’s breathe.
Ask the hard questions.
And understand what it really means to work with AI.
In the next edition, I’ll dive deeper into how you can stay sane, stay human and move with the technology.

Reveal the truth
Realize the brain
